The hub of Zone Manager is the Diary

Shows all Delivery Points, Loading Bays, Cranes Hoists and any other equipment you need to manage
Enter a booking in seconds using pull-down selection of Trade Contractors, Gates, Materials etc.
Click and drag to highlight the slot in the diary and confirm.
The booking is immediately visible :-

to other Zone Manager users
on scrolling displays in reception or the canteen

The time slot cannot be double-booked
It can be moved, copied, or repeated
Colours can highlight the Trade Contractor or urgent deliveries or other important factors
As deliveries arrive and depart entries are highlighted
Diary can be a Web page on your Intranet
