Zone Manager rides high

If you look at the list of tall buildings in London (Wikipedia: Tall_buildings_in_London) you will see several where Zone Manager has been used to manage deliveries.  In the small space available for constructing many of these, a tight control of deliveries and crane or hoist usage is essential.

A recent example is the Leadenhall Building.  This is a British Land development and Munnelly Support Services are handling the logistics. Right next to the Lloyds building this will be 225 metres tall and will, briefly at least, be the tallest building in the City.

If you look at the photo below you will see the Willis Building, now complete, in the background.  This was also British Land Development and the logistics contractors, Wilson James, used Zone Manager for the delivery management.

Other buildings where Zone Manager was used include the Citigroup Centre and Mill Harbour.
