Booking of Deliveries and Cranes etc. is only part of Zone Manager. Another key feature is the recording of completed activities. Only by recording what actually happened, can a full picture be produced of the efficiency of the site. Zone Manager is, however, realistic, and does not require you to enter everything. Collect what you can and Zone Manager will fill in the rest. The No-Show and Unplanned Deliveries report can often be enough to bring Trade Contractors into line.

What can be collected :

• Arrival Time
• Departure Time
• Start of Use (e.g. crane)
• End of Use
• No Shows
• Unplanned Deliveries
• Turn-Aways (e.g. due to winding off)

Zone Manager provides a variety of easy ways of collecting the information.  For example marking a booking as a No-Show is a simple click.
