Zone Manager Online

The enhanced Zone Manager web interface now provides all the essential features to allow delivery management via the Internet.  No software need to be installed.  A site is ready to go as soon as it has internet access.  All that is needed is a laptop with a 3G Data card or a link to a 3G phone.

The site manager can enter, change and delete bookings and see the full 24 hour diary. Trade Contractors can enter requests or, if permitted, fully manage their bookings directly on-line. The Project Manager can be given access to check that the right materials are coming in at the right time.

Vehicles can even be booked on or off-site via the interface.  Useful if your Gate or Lorry Park is a muddy field, away from the main site.  As vehicles arrive and depart the online diary updates to show their status.
