Warehouse Design - Warehouse Management Health Check

The Health Check has been designed to investigate, in a balanced way, the three key elements of any warehouse or materials handling process, namely : People; Systems; and Technology. It is our strong belief that no review can be considered complete unless all three have been considered and yet no other review process does this.
In reviewing these three elements the Health Check is designed to test each part of the process in order to identify the opportunities that exist for improvement. This is done against five essential principles or objectives that should be present in any logistics process.
