Technicolor - Programme Management
Technicolor is a manufacturer and distributor of DVD, CDs and books. Having enjoyed considerable success in attracting new Clients, Technicolor needed to increase the picking capacity of its Rugby Distribution centre. Having undertaken many and varied projects in the past Technicolor once again turned to THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS to help specify and project manage the work. As with previous projects the work had to be undertaken in a busy working environment safely and without interrupting the vital job of fulfilling customer orders.
