Superdrug

We undertook a preliminary review of a number of proposals for warehouse automation being considered for part of this company’s plans to maintain service levels and minimise stock holding whilst continuing to grow. Increased warehouse automation was seen to be a key enabler for Superdrug. This is an area where we have considerable experience and we are aware of both the advantages and disadvantages of hardautomation.
