Paxtons

Paxtons, part of the LinPac Group, and Woolworths set up a managed tote pool. In addition to the internal management of totes between RDCs and stores, totes are also provided to Suppliers for use when delivering to Woolworths. A small charge is made for these on a tote/day basis. The revenue from this charge fully funds the tote pool.

THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS provided Asset Manager software to manage the tote pool. The software handles multiple tote types and other assets.
