This is a mail order supplier of sports clothing and equipment. M&M issue around ten catalogues per year and sell their full range from this. Rapid growth has meant that M&M have had to be continuously developing their fulfilment capability and have used THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS to support this with the development of a number of warehousing initiatives. We introduced new, much more efficient order picking methods and helped to design and set up a narrow aisle bulk store.
