Johnstone’s Paints

THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS worked with Johnstone Paints to set up and develop a new distribution operation for the UK business. A high degree of automation was planned to improve efficiency and quality. Towards the end of the project Johnstone Paints was sold to Kalon and hence the scheme was never implemented. This work did, however, offer insights into the particular issues around distribution of paint products.
