We have undertaken a number of projects for New Look, the rapidly growing U.K. fashion retailer. Initially we carried out a very detailed analysis and modelling exercise to provide a picture of what storage and handling facilities would be required over a five to ten year period.

Based on this, a number of options were considered for either the extension of existing facilities or the development of new ones. This work was then used as the basis for development of strategic plans for the distribution network. Following on from this we have been involved in the implementation and project management of extended facilities within the existing distribution centre.
