MandM Direct is one of the UK’s largest on-line clothing retailers. The Logistics Business was appointed by MandM Direct to redesign its storage and picking processes to meet the rapidly growing needs of the business.

Those processes served the company well over the coming years but recently, having trebled in size, it was time for another re-think. With new owners, a new management team and ambitious growth plans, MandM Direct came back to The Logistics Business for help with designing the fitout and installation of a new distribution centre and the specification and procurement of a new Warehouse Management System.
