Harrison & Clough

Harrison & Clough are a small but very successful wholesaler of tools and fasteners. With a 25,000 line product range and a warehouse in Keighley that had been extended many times the operation was becoming increasingly complicated and costly to operate. Harrison & Clough were keen to learn what other operating methods might be available to them and called in THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS to provide support. 

We were able to make a number of recommendations for change that have improved both efficiency and customer service. Since completing the work we have been invited back on a number of occasions to monitor progress and offer additional advice.
