The Company called on THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS when it was planning to change the warehousing operations at its premises in Erith, as a result of re-organisation of the business. We reviewed the plans for storage and picking and made a number of innovative recommendations. The work included analysis of the volumes expected to go through the business.
