Canary Wharf Management Limited (CWML), which is responsible for the Heron Quays truck tunnel, needed to control access to the loading bays and looked for a system that would provide the traffic management.

With a single truck tunnel, accepting over 900 deliveries per day to 9 loading bays spread among 6 developments ranging from major financial institutions to retailers such as Marks & Spencer, there was potential for chaos.

Based on their experience with Zone Manager, CWML opted to use Dock Manager for this purpose.
