The company approached THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS to undertake a short health check of their warehousing and distribution facilities in Manchester, with the aim of initiating improvements that would enable them to accommodate the continued growth. This led to a highly cost-effective review of the current operation and the identification of a number of potential improvements across the whole of the supply chain.
