Bovis Lend Lease / Clipfine

Bovis Lend Lease, a major construction company, were employed to refurbish the Treasury Building in central London. Clipfine a leading construction logistics specialist were contracted as the Logistics Managers for the site. Phase One of the project highlighted the difficulties of managing deliveries and resources on a site with limited access and virtually no parking. This prompted investigation into the use of the THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS site management software, Zone Manager, for Phase 2.
