Bovis Lend Lease / Clipfine

Bovis Lend Lease, a major construction company, were employed to refurbish the Treasury Building in central London. Clipfine a leading construction logistics specialist were contracted as the Logistics Managers for the site. Phase One of the project highlighted the difficulties of managing deliveries and resources on a site with limited access and virtually no parking. This prompted investigation into the use of the THE LOGISTICS BUSINESS site management software, Zone Manager, for Phase 2. The system was installed in November 2002.
